Where should I meet my Heathrow driver?+
Use the exact terminal, meeting point and live contact in the operator's written confirmation. Heathrow publishes separate arrivals meeting points for each terminal; a public meeting point is not automatically your chauffeur's agreed pickup location. Do not assume a kerbside collection or change terminals to find a driver.
Does the landing time determine the pickup time?+
No. Landing, passport control, baggage and customs happen before the landside handover. Share the flight number and planned arrival, then confirm flight monitoring, when waiting time begins, any included waiting and the contact procedure if you are delayed.
Is a chauffeur transfer the same as airside assistance?+
No. A landside chauffeur pickup does not include aircraft-door access, immigration priority or an escort through restricted areas. Any airport assistance is a separate request, subject to the responsible authorised provider and written confirmation.
What if my flight or meeting point changes?+
Contact the confirmed operator using the number in the booking instructions and give the flight number, current terminal and location. Agree the revised handover and any waiting or amendment charges before moving. Heathrow's official meeting-point and live-arrivals information was checked on 19 October 2026; recheck it on travel day.
