Information you share
We may receive your name, contact details, travel dates, guest information, preferences and the contents of your request. Please share only what is needed for us to understand and arrange the brief.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate approved arrangements, maintain service records and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Trusted partners
Where an arrangement requires a hotel, chauffeur, venue or other specialist, we share only the information reasonably required to obtain availability or fulfil an arrangement you approve. Partners operate under their own privacy responsibilities.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and service information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legitimate business records or legal requirements. Access is limited on a need-to-know basis.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held about you, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Contact concierge@lonvip.com with the subject ‘Privacy request’.
International requests
LONVIP serves international clients. Where information must be handled outside the United Kingdom to fulfil an approved request, we take proportionate steps to limit and protect the information shared.
