No. A request is an enquiry. Nothing is booked until the scope, price, supplier terms and any required payment are accepted in writing.

How are fees explained?+

The proposal identifies available supplier charges and any LONVIP arrangement fee relevant to the brief. We do not publish invented guide prices where a live provider quote is required.

Who supplies the service?+
